The proposed 25-year plan staged in four phases will include 50 affordable housing units, bringing the total of residential units for the area to 1,050.
On the 134 acres, the proposal includes 43 per cent greenspace, 29 per cent commercial, and 28 per cent residential. Minaty Bay would become a public park, providing beach access.
