In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, the SLRD is taking measures to ensure the safety of our employees and community members and will therefore be cancelling the Britannia Beach Landscaping site meeting scheduled for March 24 at 11 a.m.
In order to move forward with the RFP process questions related to the RFP can be forwarded to Allison Macdonald, Parks and Trails Coordinator.
All questions should be received by Thursday, March 26 by 4:00 pm.
In the interest of fairness to all proponents, all questions and subsequent answers will be shared through an addendum that will be posted on the SLRD website, BC Bid website and shared via email with all contractors who have submitted acknowledgement letters to the SLRD. We will not identify the originator of the question in an effort to maintain confidentiality in the RFP process.
